The Bazefield renewable assets operation system is the best of both worlds. On one side it's a powerful generic data engine and on the other side it is a strong visualization tool able to transform your data into actionable information so you can focus on what matters to you.
The scalable and robust Bazefield renewables management system provides data from every renewable asset from your power plants, to enable alerts, control, monitoring and analysis from a single user-friendly interface. Whether you're overseeing wind, solar or integrating multiple systems, Bazefield will help you increase efficiencies.
The Bazefield system contains the basic functionality to monitor and control renewable facilities across the entire portfolio overview, view production data, warnings, alarms and other key metrics in real-time, in addition to future proofing your system by providing user tools to set up customized work spaces and dashboards making Bazefield a dynamic renewable assets operations management system that grows with your future needs.
Optimize performance and reduce downtime by identifying stopped and underperforming assets with informative visualization tools such as asset operations, an application designed to continuous follow up on assets throughout the entire portfolio in real-time. This application is typically used as a "control room" function for everyday operation. This tool makes it easy to identify and isolate the root cause for stopped and under-performing assets.
The Bazefield renewables monitoring software comes standard with an application that provides users an overview of each asset across the portfolio. The screen is fully customizable and can include own dashboards for renewable asset management, substation mimics, met masts, forecasts etc. In addition power plant overview screen where information such as production values, availability measures, capacity factor or other user identified KPI's etc. can be presented.
The Bazefield's renewables monitoring system contains user-friendly workspace functionality to monitor and visualize power plants across the entire portfolio, view production data, warnings, alarms and other key metrics in real-time, fully customable to your needs.
Whether you are looking to get availability details, better handle on alarms & events or in-depth power curve analysis, the Bazefield renewables management software gives you the ability to dig deep beneath the numbers and provide real answers to potential issues.
With the power curve analyzer you will be able to detect abnormalities or sudden unexpected changes in your power curves with a tool that allows you to compare power curves before and after an OEM software upgrade; you will be surprised to learn the results.
In addition to the Bazefield alarm log, the built-in alarm statistics dashboard outlines the alarms from both a frequency and duration standpoint as well as incorporating a filter option for time and root causes.
It’s also worth noting that the Bazefield renewables monitoring system platform comes with a very strong and user-friendly trending tool that can trend time series, regardless of where the data originates, and whether it is a measured value or a calculated value
With Bazefield renewables monitoring software's availability tool, you will be able to generate your own availability calculations based upon your contractual categorization or based upon other measures such as IEC-61400 or others, this provides you a much stronger negotiation position with your OEM in availability meetings in addition to an overall increased availability for your power plants.
The 2D/3D plotter application is a general plot analysis- application, displaying historical data down to the tag level with the ability to add in specific filter conditions. The application can display the information in both a 2D along with a 3D plots.
In all industrial operations, the key to success lies in the decisions and the ability to make informed decisions quickly, the Bazefield renewables monitoring software demonstrate how the combination of big data analytics, business process workflow and people with the right skills can deliver sustained and measurable success.
Weather forecasting is a great tool especially when combined with the availability planner. The Bazefield renewables monitoring comes with a standard weather forecasting tool or the ability to integrate any weather forecasting service that you might prefer.
The Site Activity application is a tool for planning and tracking service activities and personnel for sites and turbines. It includes contacts and companies management including safe passes and site inductions, work orders, turbine controls and general site access tracking. In addition, this application also includes the ability to handle and report on HSE related information and statistics.
In order to have accurate Production Forecasting, you need to have control over availability planning (service, repair, substation or grid outage etc.). With the availability planner application you have the ability to manually schedule both corrective and planned maintenance, and it can be integrated to a maintenance system if required.
Bazefield offers the most flexible and scalable turn-key operation management system. The strong combination of a cutting-edge technology that has shown its scalability, performance, reliability and robustness for many clients over many years, the openness, and finally the strong list of turn-key applications and tools that a renewables management system requires to be efficient. This also includes flexible workspace design and support for iPad, iPhone, Android devices and Windows devices.
With an extensive build in turn-key support turbine models from vendors such as Vestas, Siemens, Senvion, Nordex, Gamesa, Enercon, GE a.m. the risk and cost of installation and implementation are low. Other systems that Bazefield has a long and wide experience with integration to, includes, transmission and substation, production metering, MET mast and LIDAR, weather forecast, power forecast, CMMS, ERP, document- and HSEQ systems among others.
